we have Australian buyer for 1.2 million MT of R50-65 scrap rails up to 12 meter length. want 100,000MT X 12 months. must be 48 shipments of 25000MT each (port limitation). Want CIF only main port, Vietnam. Buyer will issue BG on recognized Bank also required self and seller to post PB. No L/C and no MT. please contact me directly for more details
