13 each Rail cars and 2 sets of rail trucks; which consists of 1 Flat Car and 12 Box Cars, The Flat Car has a steel top and measures 50' X 10' X 4', tare weight is estimated at 16 tons. 3 Box Cars are steel frames with wood decks and sides in poor condition each measures 50' X 10' X 12', tare weight is estimated at 16 tons. 9 Box Cars have steel sides and tops and have wood interior decking and wood interior walls each measures 50' X 10' X 15', tare weight is estimated at 20 tons. 2 sets of rail trucks 10' X 10' X 3'. Trains are located multiple locations all inside a secure area at Indianhead. *Rail road tracks are not included in the sale and must not be damaged.* Preview of rail cars will be held on January 11th at 10:00 am by appointment only; appointments must be requested by January 5th by contacting the site manager below. Train cars must be dismantled on site at buyer s expense. All wood and debris must be taken off site at buyer s expense, No loading assistance provided by Government Liquidation or Base. Buyer must coordinate Government Liquidations for Burn Permits each week that trains are being dismantled. Buyer will be provided an Indianhead POC for personnel roster submissions, all personnel must be American Citizens and will require a background check prior to entry onto Indianhead. All truck drivers will require background checks as well; all trucks must be scheduled onto Indianhead prior to showing up for removal of any property. All vehicles will be searched at the search area prior to being allowed onto Indianhead proper. Buyer is responsible for all debris generated and must remove any and all debris generated by dismantling operation. The purchaser must meet all OSHA standards (hard hats, safety shoes, glasses, etc.) while working on site; Purchaser must comply with all applicable Federal and State environmental, transportation, and safety laws and regulations; Buyer is responsible for housekeeping in and around the rail cars, and is required to meet safety and fire standards; All purchaser's personnel must meet law enforcement background checks - we must have names of the personnel performing work two weeks prior to commencement of work. The purchaser must ensure their vehicles; equipment and other items do not leak fluids. In the event of spills, the contractor will take action IAW Indianhead's contingency plan; the purchaser shall provide for the storage of their personal property/gear; and Indianhead can inspect the purchaser's equipment prior to commencement of work.
