Scrap Rail shall consist of sorted scrap standard tee rails 1.5 M lengths. Must be free of bent or twisted rails and be suitable for rerolling. Below is the detail for our offer. COMMODITY: Used Rails Scrap, R50-R65 ORIGIN: West Africa (exact origin country will be mentioned in the FCO) SPECIFICATION: R50 - GOST 7174-75 weight 51.67 kg/m R65 - GOST 8161-75 weight 64.72 kg/m Length: 1.5 M max (cut to length) or as per buyer's requirement QUANTITY: 30,000-60,000 MT (+/-5%) MT Spot or monthly for 12-36 months: First shipment as trial Order. Long terms contract sought. PACKING: In bundles of 5 MT max each and shipped in bulk Cargo vessels LOADING: Any West African port (exact loading port will be mentioned in the FCO) SHIPPING: CIF basis (INCOTERMS 2010) to all countries (excluding China. No AQSIQ from seller) DISC RATE: 5,000 MT PWWD SHEXEIU DELIVERY: 1st shipment within 30-45 days from LC receipt and thereafter every 30 days. PRICE: USD 400/MT CIF any main sea port (Excluding china) or BEST OFFER PAYMENT: By Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Revolving/monthly DLC at sight issued or confirmed by world TOP 50 ranked bank, payable 100% at sight at loading port against Full shipping documents and SGS/Equiv inspection report PB: An UPFRONT 2% of monthly shipment value from Seller to guarantee the shipment. INSPECTION: Inspection by SGS/Equiv on Quality & Quantity, non-radioactivity etc at loading port shall be done at seller's responsibility and cost. Any re-inspection at unloading port by SGS/Equiv shall be done at buyer's responsibility and cost. VISIT: Buyer is welcome to visit the loading port to observe loading and inspection during shipment. PENALTY: 5% of contract value on the faulty party breaching the contractual obligations. VALIDITY: Subject to final confirmation and goods remaining uncommitted.
