Organic Granulation Plant Processing 1 to 2 tons per Hour Two Storage Tanks for Lignosulfonate, Total 5,000 gallons storage. 5 Ton Doyal Paddle Mixer includes Mixing tank, Pump, Spray Bar, and Doyal Conveyor (used for premixing Lignosulfonate with Organic products) V Bottom hopper with Auger to feed Mars Mineral Pin Mixer underneath hopper. Spray Tank to apply Lignosulfonate into Pin Mixer, also shows a 6-inch-wide, 14-foot-long conveyor that catches wet granules from Pin Mixer and delivers to Rotary Drier. 16-foot-long, 18-inch diameter Rotary Drier, 100,000 BTU Propane or Natural Gas, Wayne Combustion Burner, Dries 2 Tons per hour , it has a 10-foot conveyor that delivers dried granules to bucket elevator Electrical Control Start Panels, 18-foot-high Bucket elevator, 30-inch SwecoScreen that can be configured to separate granules into 4 sizes, Oversize granules, Standard Sized Granules, Fairway Mini Sized Granules, and Greens Grade Granules. Over sized granules fall in bin and are recycled back through the system, screened granules drop into Bulk Sacks attached to hangers on screen tower legs, 7 different screens for sizing This plant electrical operation has some 3 phase motors and some single-phase motors. Electrical power cost are very reasonable. Operating 40 hours a week it burns around 300 gallons of propane.
