GHIOLDI – co-extrusion plant made of nr.2 extruders diam. mm.55, 78 kw with OEMER inverter, 30 L/D + nr.1 extruder diam.mm.75, 142 kw, with OEMER inverter, 30 L/D, nr. 3 lever type screen changers, MELT control system, 3-layers still die mm.300 gap mm.1,4 , IBC , electrical control boards with MITZUBISHI inverters. AM500/2 double flux cooling ring. Oscillating pull-off system width mm.1700, working width mm.1600. FIFE web guider, mm.1700 width. Bubble driver with ceramic rolls, vertical adjustment and sensor for bubble automatic inflating. Back to back winding station mm.1700, working width mm.1600 with 4 expandible mandrins. Automatic film cutting and reel unloading system. Complete with bolted 12 m.tall tower, with 3 storeys, ladders. CASON corona treatment width mm.1700, DOTECO gravimetrical feeding units (one for each extruder). EUROCHILLER cooling unit, type ABS 30 (30.000 chilling units). Output : 200/300 kg/hr, depending on material, width and thickness, can be seen while running. This line has been working for 18 months only, with 1st quality materials, never with regranulated, to produce shrink film with LDPE LLDPE MDPE METALLOCENE blends. Construction : December 2007, started up in 2008.
