Autoclave-Free PVB Glass Laminating Oven.
raditional autoclave free laminated glass production oven makes only EVA laminated glass. It is not suitable to make PVB laminated glass. After years of serious and careful research and development and long term of industrial production as well, we are proud to announce a revolutionary autoclave free oven. It is a truly autoclave free production oven making PVB laminated glass. The laminating process requires no vacuum bags, no rubber rings and no rollers presses. Laminated glass sandwiched with PVB film is accomplished by proper heating profile under high vacuum controlled by PLC. Absolutely free of bubbles and no de-lamination. Laminated glass bonded by EVA film can also be processed from this oven. No air conditioner and no de-humidifier are required. No climatic control room is required for the oven. PVB assembly can be done at room temperature without climatic control room. PVB is no need stored in climatic control room.
