Production Rejects.
We have these on a monthly basis and sell them for about HALF of the price of a virgin. Many companies that are located in countries where the labor is significantly lower than the US buy these because they can be re-worked; when our labor is too high to re-work them several times. These are ''Production rejects'' NOT inspection rejects. The difference is that all production rejects have passed inspection so they are NOT damaged in any way...they are perfect visually and have all passed the CBR circuit test. They have only failed at the end of production for reasons such as lines in the printing, mixed color, leaking
