It is the best fryer made. This is the top of the line ''idiot proof'' fryer with Automatic Basket Lifts and Computer Magic III which allows you to program cooking times followed by automatically lifting baskets and thus less chances of undercooking or overcooking. It is configured for natural gas but can be configured for propane or manufactured gas. It is a high-efficiency gas fryer that employs a unique infrared burner system that uses up to 43% less energy to cook the same volume as conventional fryers. The ''FPH'' variant Frymaster fryers differs from other fryers in that it has a built-in Footprint III filtration system that is located underneath the fryer to conserve floor space. It has an open-pot design with no tubes and has a hand-sized opening into the deep cold zone, which makes cleaning the frypot quick and easy.
