Our latest analysis of this product has indicated that it contains Wood sugar Xylose, Arabinose, Mannose, Galactose as well as the following food related sugar profile: Glucose g/100g = 0.2, Sucrose g/100g = 0.2, Fructose g/100g = 0.4. Maltose g/100g = 0.2 Lactose g/100g = 0.2 Protein %w/w 0.3 Arsenic Mg/Kg 0.107 Total C 18.5 Cadmium 0.02 Fat 1.7 Chromium 4.79 Ash 2.1 Copper 3.97 Mercury 0.01 Nickel 6.37 Brix (20C) 24.0 Lead 0.331 Selenium 0.5 Zinc 22.2 Sodium 1240 Boron 0.20 Calcium 3460 Chloride 3850 Cobalt 0.6 Iron 944 Potasium 643 Magnesium 1280 Manganese 199 Molybdenum 0.7 Phosphorus 238 Sulphur 399 It has small amount of food related sugars and large amounts of wood sugars as well as standard minerals and carbons found in hard wood. This is a wood based molasses that can be used as a liquid fertilizer 100% Organic.
