Circuit Tester ink-HP33 Eraser.
Tester ink-HP33 Eraser 25 to 30% of the the cartridges HP 21/22/27/28/56/57 and 58 have a program built in by HP which will cause these cartridges to read as electronic failures. Do not scrap these cartridges they are fine. Reset the program that HP has incorperated in these cartridges with the ink-HP33 ERASER by New Ink. This is a simple circuit tester with a built in program that will boot or reset this counter bringing the cartridge back to life. Currently this is the only device in the world capable of salvaging these cartridge.
