~~ 1/2 Inch Edgebanding thickness capacity, automatic strip & coil feed magazine with 3 mm PVC guillotine. ~~ Fast heat-up granular glue system, Teflon coated lower applicator glue pot, 1 inch dia. glue applicator roller with reverse rotation feature. ~~ Pressure Section: (1) Large dia. clutch controlled drive roller & (2) pneumatic pressure idle rollers, separate adjustment of drive & idle rollers with digital indicators. ~~ Workstations: Front & Rear end trim units (high frequency - 12,000 RPM motor ea.), motors tilt 0 - 15 degrees on horizontal plane. ~~ Top & Bottom flush/bevel trim units (high frequency - 12,000 RPM motor ea.), digital readouts. ~~ Top & Bottom bevel/radius trim units (high frequency - 12,000 RPM motor ea.), motors bevel from 0 - 15 degrees with digital readouts. ~~ Corner Rounding: Trims leading, trailing, top & bottom edges/corners up to 3 mm edgings. ~~ Frontal & lateral copying guides, dust extraction. ~~ Scrapers: Top & bottom scrapers for 3 mm PVC with top & bottom buffing. ~~ Feed Chain: Rubber pads, (2) feed speeds (12 & 18 MPM), with manual feed for setup & troubleshooting. ~~ Complete with insulated sound enclosure with large window area, heated infeed fence, rotating operator control panel, frequency converter, and used tooling. ~~ Electric: 230 V, 60 Cy, 3 Ph.; YMFG 1996; Condition: Cleaned & checked; our ref. # EU-012653.
