SCRAP (NUTS, BOLTS, AND MISC PIECES ETC.) AUTO AND TRUCK FRAMES ,AND BODIES, RAILROAD SCRAP FITTINGS, PLATE PIECES, PARTS ETC.) CONSTRUCTION SCRAPS (PLATES, BARS, ANGLE PIECES, RODS, STEEL PIPE ETC.) AND MISCELLANEOUS COMMERCIAL SCRAP (APPLIANCE CASINGS, FRAMES AND PARTS ETC). NON-METAL IMPURITIES, TOTAL OF 1% (ONE PERCENT) OR LESS.
COMMODITIES ARE FREE FROM CONCRETE, DIRT, FOREIGN MATERIAL AND ANY TYPES OF
RADIATION, BOMBS, ARMS AND AMMUNITION, MINES, SHELLS, CARTRIDGES, SEALED CONTAINERS,
GAS CYLINDERS, EXPLOSIVE SHELLS OR EXPLOSIVE MATERIAL IN FORM EITHER USED.

PRICE: USD 390 /MT CNF shipment for 3,000 MT (+/- 5% ) X One shipment.

PACKAGING: Bulk shipment / Shipment in 22 feet container, partial shipment allowed.
INSPECTION: SGS or CCIC or Similar;
Payment via non-transferable DLC 100% at sight from Buyers bank in exchange for Original OBOL, Commercial Invoice, SGS Report, Packing List, etc.
A 2% Performance Bond (non-operative) Is provided at Contract signing and activated (becomes operative Bank bond) when D LC payment is redeemed. Redemption fees of the LC shall be to the account of Buyer
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT:
THE SELLER SHALL PROVIDE WITH EACH CONSIGNMENT A FULL SET IN THIS DOCUMENT CLEAN ON BOARD OCEAN BILL OF LADING SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE SHIPPING LINES, SIGNED BY THE MASTER, AND SHOWING VESSEL'S STAMP AND SHOWING "CLEAN ON BOARD", FOLLOWING MASTER'S REMARK ARE ACCEPTABLE: WET BEFORE SHIPMENT, LOADED FROM OPEN AREA, ATMOSPHERICALLY RUSTY.
COMMERCIAL INVOICE ISSUED BY SELLER: 3 ORIGINALS AND 3 ORIGINAL COPIES SHOWING CONTRACT NUMBER, NAME OF CARRYING VESSEL, L/C NUMBER, DESCRIPTION OF GOODS, SHIPPED IN BULK OR CONTAINERS UNIT PRICE, TOTAL AMOUNT, AND GROSS/NET WEIGHTS OF THE GOODS.
ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN IF AVAILABLE: 3 ORIGINALS, 3 ORIGINAL COPIES.
1. The Buyer issues the Letter of Intent (LOI) with Bank coordinates with authorization. An LOI template from Seller is available for use by the Buyer if needed.
2. The Seller issues the actual Contract and sends it to Buyer for signature.
3. The Buyer counter-signs and sends the Contract back to the Seller.
Buyer understands that Bank fees associated with the redeeming of the DLC shall be to the account of the Buyer. A notation to this effect must be in the LC verbiage.
4. Any TAX such as VAT if impose by the UAE government will be charged same to the buyer.
4. Seller countersigns Contract (SPA), issues a non-operative 2% corporate Performance
Bond and send by e-mail (considered as hard copies) the fully signed and sealed (by both parties) Contract (SPA) with cPB.
Seller then sends sample LC verbiage acceptable to the Seller bank for reference to
the Buyers issuing bank.
5. Within Five (5) working days of successful verification and approval of DLC verbiage
format, the Buyer will issue an Irrevocable DLC.
6. Shipment shall proceed within 15 - 30 days and continue according to the
schedule agreed in the contract.
